Nicola started her career in travel, working in Spain and the UK, before moving into business consultancy in Financial Services in Yorkshire and London. Always working around customer facing departments, Nicola specialised in people practices with a specific focus on redesigning operating models, colleague engagement, redeployment and recruitment. As a Head of Learning & Engagement for one of the professional bodies for contact centres, Nicola wrote and delivered learning programmes to numerous national and global organisations and qualified as a Human Resources Professional.
