Vivienne is the founder of Granuaile Limited a bespoke training and mentoring company. Vivienne helps individuals and organsations develop their knowledge and awareness to navigate change. Through her company, Graanuaile Limited, Vivienne helps individuals understand their current landscape and teaches them a a framework that empowers the client to navigate their own path and build resilience. Vivienne has over 20 years’ experience in financial services in Europe and Internationally and has held various roles across several organisations supporting her colleagues navigate risk, implement new frameworks and develop training and mentoring programmes. Vivienne holds various qualifications including an M. Econ. Sc. in European Economics and Public Affairs. Vivienne is an accredited Dispute Resolution Mediator and is completing an MA in Community Psychology at the University of Brighton. Vivienne is passionate about sailing and supporting individuals to achieve their potential while at the same time, creating an environment that is professional, participative and fun.
